For selecting the input use Options-Preferences-audio tab-driver button. Yeah it should be easier but that's where it is. Remember to click the 'move selected device to top' to make it the default device from then on. After making sure it is the only one selected. In the Tips section I made a video for how to get the chords and tempo map to work together.
