Hi,

If you assign the VSC to each track individually so you are separate instances of it (rather than using it as the default synth) then it retains the settings. To do this, right-click on your first track and point to Port. Select DXi/VSTi synth 1, and in the DX window select VSC-DXi in the top plugin menu. Do the same for the next track, but select DXi/VSTi synth 2, etc.

Regarding the metronome - if you are in a live setting, you could save a .SEQ file where you have already erased the click. Or if you need to re-generate the song, it doesn't take to much time - highlight the 2 bars, press Ctrl+X. But I do agree that it would be a good option to prevent the 2-bar count-in from being generated and still have a negative offset. Again, the metronome settings are specifically for the sequencer recording and playback metronome, there is no relation to the BB style-generated countin.
