When in the soloist window Select Realtracks only top left
of window.
Mid right of window you can select when you want the soloist to play.
3 choice boxes.

Also I sometimes go to start of chorus, and press F5(magic button it is).
There you can manage when each of the parts does certain functions.
Top center is chorus selection.

1. select chorus 2 there.
2. go to melody...select mute.
3. Select chorus 3
4. got to melody select back to normal.

And probably other ways.
