You can't add DX effects to individual RealTracks in BB, but it can be done in RealBand. Also, you can do it with the MIDI tracks, you don't need to convert your tracks to audio first. To do this, open the .MGU in RealBand then right-click on your first track. Point to Port, and select DXi/VST synth 1. When the DX/VST window pops up, select your DXi/VSTi synth in the top menu followed by any DX/VST effect you want to add. Repeat these steps for the second track, except select DXi/VSTi synth 2. Later, you can render your song as a single wave file (Audio menu | Merge tracks to stereo wave file).
