I know this sounds a bit simple, but I feel the same way when I sit in my car parked and it starts to rain. As the rain builds up, ther are some very cool paterns. Also when I;m stopped at a railroad crossing, there are some trains that just have the coolest rythmn as they go by.
It made me think of some ZZ Top. I read an article once, where Gibbons said they got the beat from hearing car doors slamming, so when they recorded the song they used samples of car doors on a few songs.
If I did that, there would be too much creaking, even after the WD40.
