You are just hearing plosives, and you should try to prevent it getting into the recording in the first place. Try a pop filter in front of the mic. You can even make an inexpensive one by stretching pantyhose material across a ring of, say, six inches in diameter (like a pipe clamp) and mounting it so the screen is right in front of the mic.

Also, if you have other mics, try auditioning them to see if they suit your vocals better in this respect.
