Deacon,

Take a look at the PG Tutorial Videos on the main PG/Support page on their website. If you are doing cover songs, you will definitely want to know how to use the style picker list and filter, just to get started in finding similar styles of the original artists.

Also watch the "Conductor" video as well. The "conductor" in Biab is specific for using Biab live. The conductor allows you to replay from certain sections of your Biab created song.

Get the basics down on how to layout your song, set up and use part markers, and picking the appropriate Biab style for your backing before learning anything else. Biab is the most powerful software out for creating backing tracks with. It does have a learning curve, but don't get discouraged and ask questions here when you get stuck on something.

I would start by watching the tutorial videos while having Biab up and running trying the same things they are showing on the video.

Once you get the basics down, you will be entering songs in a flash. It all lies in the set up of EACH song.

Welcome to the family
