Make sure that RealBand knows where your BIAB folder is; that's where it reads the style information from. "Options, Preferences, Song Generation, Paths for BBW RealTracks and RealDrums".
Also, go to the Mixer window and make sure the "EXP" dial is turned up. We reported that problem earlier, so hopefully it will be fixed in an upcoming release. That dial determines the max volume level of the MIDI track, while the volume slider adjusts the volume relative to that max volume.
