I run BIAB 2011.5.......on 2 PCs.......one mainly for music......with a shared monitor. On the first PC Biab was installed totally on a partitioned hard Drive eg. C/E ...with Biab running on E Drive. On the second PC I run BIAB solely from the external hard Drive.....again E drive. My fist PC developed problems so it was advised that I send it for reformatting. So at the moment I'm only working with PC two.....with BIAB on the external hard drive (E). I was trying to install the latest updates.....when I opened BIAB again I noticed that the Mixer was missing! I tried to install the latest updates again ...to be told I needed 2011.5 for this to be possible.On checking I found that I was now back to using BIAB 2011......although the update files are there.....and the 2011.5 manual. I can't find the BIAB 2011.5 .exe file.  I feel like a 'newbie' again! I can't go back to the open the download link from PG Music.....that was on an email to my Outlook Express....which won't be back until the Pc arrives back. What have I done wrong....and is there any way I can (find!)....... access the BIAB 2011.5 .exe file? I'm in the middle of working with a number things! Thanks Joe G.

Joe, I would use the "Live Help" feature. The guys and gals in the office are great and many times have had me up and running in no time. I'm sure they can send you a new link to the 2011.5 update!

I *think* what Matt is saying is one of the updates showed as 2011 when it was actually 2011.5
I doubt your download link from old email would work now anyway. They expire after a set time. You'll get faster response with Live Chat (as EdwardB ssuggested) than with email support.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Matt & rharv, An update......very quick reply to my mail to PG Music.....they sent the link again....I now have BIAB 2011.5 back in operation! I'm still not sure what error I made....just glad to be back on track. Joe G.

Just to clarify, I was aware of the two simultaneous updates and did not attempt to install the old one. In fact, it was the reverse, something that no one else is likely to attempt. I was working on my laptop when I read of the update. The error message that I received occurred this way:
1. tried to install update for build 327
2. error message said I needed version 2011.5 to do so
3. started BIAB and discovered (Help, About) I had not yet installed the download for 2011.5 on this laptop
4. exited and installed 2011.5
5. tried again to install update for build 327
6. error message told me I STILL did not have 2011.5 (but I did)
7. started and ran BIAB, exited
8. tried the patch again; worked this time
BIAB 2025 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 7 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6, Song Master Pro, Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus 192 & Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors.
