When you press Play, does the Drum track turn green at the top of the screen? If it is not green, open the RealDrums Settings dialog and check the 'substitute...' checkbox.
If it does turn green, then RealDrums are playing but you can't hear them, and you probably can't hear RealTracks or the audio track either. If this is the case, and you *can* hear the MIDI tracks, then you probably aren't using a DXi/VSTi synth. There are two most likely possibilities - either there is a volume control turned down or muted in the Windows mixer (double-click the speaker icon in your task bar), or there is a problem with the audio driver setup in Band-in-a-Box (Opt.-Preferences-Audio-Driver)...
