The easiest way is to use the "unfold song into one long chorus" function. Erase the 4th verse chords, then use the "edit- copy and paste" function. There is a transpose option in that dialog box that opens up. Set ALL of your parameters in those options and it should automagically copy and paste the section with it now set to D.
