I do it as Trax does. However, it might be nice to someday have this as an option in the Play menu, to raise the final chorus by one full step. This would be a good item for the Wishlist. If nothing else, it would avoid the per-song limitation of maximum 255 measures, which sometimes is exceeded by unfolding the song into one long chorus.
