I've modulated the last verse or the last chorus by adding a tag to the song, then selecting the 1st empty bar of the tag, changing the key, and saying no to changing the key on the whole sheet when the dialogue box asks. From that point on in the song, you can use Nashville notation to add chords and the key will be the new key.
