Like I said; they don't want to support all the Linux versions out there. I'm surprised they went to this length to do it, but that's their business choice.

Maybe MS has something to do with it behind the scenes, maybe not. You are now armed with what you need to do it. Linux often takes extra effort, but you know you can do all that. Bummer if your service does that in the long run, but once again Linux community is trying to help! I'd ask this question in the forum for the Linux version you are running and see what others say about Frontier. Probably get a lot more applicable hits there than here.
