Opps, sorry about that Mr Conley, we have not been in Akron for about 19 months now, we are 2 hours south...but we MIGHT have to move back up near there the way the doc's & lawers are screwing with us... And silvertones, their claim 90% of the time was they were swapping equipment, and over the last month in this area it HAS improved some, but it is still not right and I let them know about it. In their defense I have received 4 months totally free, including phone, for the inconvenience, but I also feel that it is because I had good documentation which I sent them...screen captures, times, areas checked, who I talked to, what they said. I record all phone conversations when dealing with a biz trying to do us wrong, and have only had 2 hang up when I told them I was recording the conversation "for our protection & quality assurance"...just like them...
