JK, Yammies are nice sounding synths, I just don't like their workflow for customizing sounds, their paths to find features is not intuitive to me, and little stuff like what you are describing.
I have a Roland Juno 106 (very old) that will send every slider or knob movement out the MIDI out as sysex data. Very nice when recording a performance. Most Rolands I know of do this, though its rarely discussed in the manuals.
