Mainly do such functions on the raw files while RB is not running. I have folders on my desktop called BB songs, inside there is a SEQ - DONE for when they are finished, a 320 folder for the higher sampled MP3s, a 128 for the lower sampled MP3s and the BB Tunes folder is right on the desktop. Though they have been there since day 1, so.....
As long as you can find all your stuff, and it looks like you did, you're good.
