The video card in my desktop workstation has an applet that lets me control screen orientation as well as many other advanced functions not directly available through Windows. I was able to link it to the Desktop Properties tab, so it's just a few mouse clicks away.

That's the first place I'd look. Right click on the desktop, select "Properties," then look for advanced video settings and/or a tab for the card itself. Be curious to see what you find.

If no joy, I'd check Control Panel to see whether there is a listing your of video card. After that I'd go to the card manufacturer to see if there is a standalone app for your adapter.

I'd tell you to read the manual, but if you've got a newer machine you probably don't have one. I've got a dinosaur, so I do. *g*
