One possibility is to "push" the chord onto beat three by an 1/8th. If you search help for "pushes", it will take you to a detailed explanation of how to use them. The keyboard shortcut for entering a push is to use ^ (shift+6). Thus, if you enter ^C on beat 3, this will cause the chord on beat 3 to be anticipated by half a beat.

A second possibility is to expand your style so that 2 bars are used to count 4 beats. Since BIAB lets users enter a chord on each beat, this expansion allows a possible 8 chords to be entered over 4 beats. Notes Norton has put styles together that will do exactly this. His website is at ...
