I could be wrong, but I suspect the RIAA (or equivalent in other countries) bots will start hassling PGMusic when a bunch of well known titles start popping up on their web site. Not that the titles are copyrighted, but if someone is posting "Time After Time", the presumption is that it's the copyrighted version, even though it's just the chord progression. I imagine most companies don't want to deal with the cease and desist orders, as well as wasting time proving it wasn't the copyrighted "Time After Time". Remember, an accusation means you are guilty until proven innocent...no that's wrong...no, I guess it's right.
