Which OS version? It's possible that the c:\bb\bbhelper\BandinaBoxServer.exe program is being blocked by Windows Firewall, or an anti-virus program. That would explain the symptoms, where a file is not able to be sent.
Also, does the c:\bb\bbhelper\outputs folder contain any files. That's a temp folder that contains the files as they are being sent.
