Hi Skip, Go to "Lead Sheet View" and click on "OPT" (the top left corner of the screen). Make sure that either "Auto-set clefs" is active or the "Bass Clef" is inactive. (See the picture below.)  I've also highlighted on the above the "Notation Options" button. There are additional options located within there. Click that button and you'll be transported to yet another set of possibilities.  Try setting the "Transpose" to "Guitar+12". If you want to get return to the default input of the notes, simply select "Concert Melody (treble clef)". Hope this helps, Noel
