It is very common when a band holds for a measure, that one member, usually the drummer will come in earlier on 4 or the & of 3, and lead everybody back to 1 where the full band starts again. Currently there is no way to do this in BIAB, as I was told from PGMusic.
Current the best I can do is this...

So the whole band holds on C, and on the & of 3, everyone rests, but the drummer starts playing. The only downside of this is that the remaining instruments actually rest rather than continue to ring.
I wish there was a simple notation that would allow other instruments to come back in from the hold... like with the letter x or something.
