if anyone from PG Music sees this I have just re-installed the whole kaboodle and still the same thing happens!

I have gone through the FAQ - Why don't the Styles that I just installed appear in the StylePicker window? and still no joy.

Where do I find the below in my stylepicker list?

RealTracks Set 98: Unplugged, 12-String & Fiddle
RealTracks Set 88: 12-String Electric


Interestingly, when I use the filter in the stylepicker and choose the artists names
for the above nothing appears.

Interestingly, if I go to control panel, programs and features Realtracks set 103 appears in there but no others.
