Yes, turn off the fills by removing part markers. Some cannot be removed, like the first one.
Sometimes I freeze the drum track before adding pushes that I want the other instruments to play.
In RealDrums, the drummer naturally plays a few hits here and there, and these cannot be removed; you would have to regenerate and see if that was better, or select another RealDrum track.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.
