Have you tried simply opening the BiaB file in RB?
It's often helpful to freeze the song first in BiaB, save it, then open that file in RB. That way RB doesn't try to regenerate all the tracks and you should have a similar result in RB.
Just as Rharv said, simply open the BIAB file in RB. You can also drag and drop althous this will bring only audio versions of the tracks. With the first option, if you did any arrangeing in BIAB such as using F5 to adjust "who plays what when" this will be lost. A "fix" has been requested on the wish list for a long time.
