Nice feedback from everyone. Of course I ended up losing all of my work.

But Carkins hit the nail on the head - SAVE OFTEN - particularly if you are doing a ton of editing.

I had been doing that exact thing for several hours and had not saved once. Now the RB Temp file was loaded up with all of my edits if I wanted to redo etc - I must have had at least 50 for the program to keep track of. And then I messed it up more by shifting tracks around. And I didn't save - so imagine RB trying keep track of where all of the pieces of each track was.


I should have saved and then ideally, I should have closed the program and then reopened RB.

Still . . . It would be nice to have some clarity on why the "recover" doesn't work the way it is intended to work, and what exactly does "default" refer to - factory or our personal setting choices.
