Hi Marty C, I save my sgu file. Close BB. Then open RB, click on "file", click on "open", locate my file, click on it and it all generates in RB. (The only time I use "import" is if I'm bringing in some non BB file.) If you are using file open and tracks are not generating then I think you should call support because something is not right. I've never opened a .sgu file in RB where the tracks did not generate. Just mentioning this in case you think you have to "import" from BB to RB which you don't have to do unless you want to do it that way. I don't use the DAW plugin to transfer tracks from BB to RB so I'm not sure which way generates faster.....this is the way I've always done it. Whatever works for you.
