DON'T get your knickers in a twist is what we say in Scotland.
If you're getting anxious or upset about a stupid little problem for no reason then we say Dinnae fret, or don't get yer knickers in a twist.
Possibly this saying originated in Auz, Maybe Keith could confirm ?
