I have reported this and discoved the reason too.
My steps are as follows:
BIAB
1. Generate song in BIAB (110 BPM)
2. At bar 130 slow tempo -15
3. Generate and save song
RB
1. Open song in RB
2. The realdrums will not be generated correctly
One the following happens
2a. Song's realdrum track is not generated fully
2b. When drummer closes the point that tempo is slowed the drumer gets totally crazy playing not with same tempo as other band does. The drummer tries to slowdown the tempo before that bar and this especially sounds crazy.
You can test this one very easily. Do not forget to slow tempo and make other tempo changes in song.

I think this has been reported before also. Hopefully 'fixable'. Have you tried regenerating in RB afterwards? Or regenerating it as two separate sections? Curious as to the results.

The RB regenerates song always when MGU or SGU file is onpened in RB. I listened drummer alone. However, it seems more that drummer is doing his job in slowing down the tempo a few bars earlier, but... other realband players do not pay attention to it. In my example drummer also has difficulties in knowing when song actually ends. Only solution is to use only one tempo within RB and Real Tracks. By the way you can get all sorts of interesting examples with my scenario. It is not time to say I cannot reporduce the case  . It works in every case. Thank you for your time B

I found also a sloution that is very good workaround.
At Bar 1 = Tempo 135
At Bar 113 = Tempo 125 (slow down)
1. Open as many drummers as there are tempo changes.
2. Drummer 1 plays bars from 1 .. 115 (few more bars, cut the tail afterwards)
3. Drummer 2 plays bars from 113 to the end
Now system works and the same drum sample can be used.
The slow down may be problem, but result is acceptable.
