It's defiantly RB because I'm having the same issue with a different setup. My Audidgy card is capable of 4 pairs of outs. My setup has been to use 3 pairs of outs from the Audidgy & 1 pair from the internal sound card to drive my vocal processor. Works flawlessly. I wanted to use the other pair of outs in the Audidgy so I could have 8 instruments to my mixer & the internal card to still drive the vocalP.Total of 10 outs. No dice. Access violations up the butt.I can set things up to any combination of outs from the 2 soundcards and as long as I don't exceed 8 I'm. Go for 10 no way. Just like you.
