You might also want to consider using SynthFont instead of SFZ. SynthFont has outstanding features that work well with soundfonts. I have been pleased with this donorware for years. It works well with BIAB, RealBand, MIDI file playback, and so forth. Add LoopBe and an ASIO driver and you can have it all, even without a Creative soundcard!
To reach synthfont, simply add a "www" and "com" and you'll be there. You can't beat free!
