BIAB generates new arrangements each time you hit play. The exceptions to this are the Melody and Soloist which won't change. Any other part you need to Freeze to keep the changes.
I don't know if Freeze is available in 2010. If not, you need to move the desired track to Melody or Soloist and mute the part where the move originated.
