I've just had a play with this.
Load your BIAB song and save it under another name i.e mysongsplitdrums.
Open the mixer and mute all instrument tracks except drums.
Go to File and select Make a standard midi file.
Where it says midi file type select drums on seperate tracks.
Select file on disk i.e. mysongsplitdrums.mid.
Open Realband, and open the file mysongsplitdrums.mid and the drums are all on seperate tracks.
