Another way you can lay down the background chords for a non-standard timing that occasionally inserts a 5th chord into an otherwise 4/4 song is to play a snippet exactly the way you want the chords, then make a loop out of it.

The BIAB chord chart doesn't need to include the 5th chord as long as the chord you use in the 4th spot is compatible with the 4th and 5th chords you played into the loop.

(This strategy assumes you are planning to add your own playing to the song, and not automate the whole thing.)
