Hello,
When you install AmpliTube, it allows you to choose the location to install the VST plugin (dll file). Usually there is one folder that people keep all their plugins in, often something like C:\Program Files\VSTPlugIns, or C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugIns.
To find it, you could run the AmpliTube installer wizard again to see what folder it points to. Or, do a search for AmpliTube 3.dll (note that there is a space before the 3).
Note that it is the 32-bit plugin you are looking for to use with Band-in-a-Box (if you are on a 64bit system, you would have had the option to install both the 32-bit and 64-bit version of the plugin).
