I have it set at 127

1st of all welcome aboard.
re: the count-in click not loud enough. If the volume is set to 127 in the count-in preference screen I am thinking the volume is max'ed so there may be another volume issue. For instance is the playback midi volume loud enough? If so then the problem is a count-in issue only. So until someone who knows a lot more than me about these issues, and thank God they are plenty of them around here who do, you might want to use the visual metronome, as personally I prefer it to the audio.
Anyway I hope this helped until the Cavalry arrives.

I don't think it is a "hearing" problem since I think the count-in is loud enough relative to most songs. Maybe it is a style/song issue -- What style are you having the problem with?

If you're using RealDrums, the volume setting in Prefs won't matter.

The countin is part of the drums track. So increase the volume of the drums track.

But could I set the instrument (for example side stick) not only in lead? Or could I use Metronome Pro in BiaB?
