Hello John, The "bottom scroll bar" is the scroll bar for the RealTracks Picker window itself. That scroll bar will only appear if the window doesn't fit on your screen. For example, at 1024x768 screen resolution, it will be there...  If your screen resolution is high enough for the entire RealTracks Picker to fit onscreen, you won't see that scroll bar, however you SHOULD see the entire window, including the Direct Input checkbox. What is your screen resolution, and which version of Windows do you have? To find out your resolution, you can right-click on your desktop and select Properties (or, on Windows 7 there is a 'resolution' option in right-click menu).
