I'm with Dan. Just install straight over the top. It may well be that there are extra Realtracks in the ver. 2010 installation that are not present in the ver. 2012 installation

Once you've got 2012 up and running, you'll be able to reclaim some hard disk space by running the "Erase" button I've highlighted below.



The reason for this is that in ver. 2010, the audio stretching/shrinking routine was not as advanced as that used in ver. 2012. This button is located in Opt. | Preferences | Realtracks.
