Hi Ron,
Unless something else has come along that I have yet find in version 2012 (which is more than likely), BIAB's automation processes have, in the past, been tied up with Piano Roll view and subsequent editing.
Under "Help | Tutorials", Tutorial #15 deals with this. The section that you are probably looking for is near the end of the tutorial.
