It depends on exactly what you have for 2011 and 2012. I believe it was possible to buy the upgrade that only worked if the previous version was installed (ie update price from 2010 to 2011 and from 2011 to 2012).

However, it's worth trying just the 2012 install; if it works you are good to go, if not you'll get a notice that you need a previous version...



I only have 2010 Everything pak on the USB drive. Each 6 months since then have just bought the $99 plus paks so only have 2012 as a plus pak download.
I'll see if 2012 will upgrade from the 2010 though

So can I just copy the Real tracks and Real drums folders from the old computer to the new without doing a reinstall of each one?. Would save a lot of time..
