I picked up this Mediaplex tracking cookie, (I’m assuming recently), and just today it started redirecting me to their website when I click on Drudge Report. When I googled it, I found it was a pretty common problem.

I ran a full scan using MS Security Essentials and it didn’t find anything. This is the only virus/spyware program I have installed.

When I google “Remove Mediaplex”, I get numerous options for programs and I wanted to get some recommendations from you guys.

Have any of you ran into this? If so, what did you use to get rid of it?
