I ordered JABB with dvd but did not recieve the upload from internet, what's up with that?

About the download link, they'll probably get it to you soon, but a visit to live chat wouldn't hurt just to make sure.

If you bought direct from Garritan - you should have created a login profile? If so simply go to Garritan and sign in and download it (then register it) http://garritan.com/store/login/?next=/store/registration/downloads/also check their support FAQ page http://www.garritan.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=160&Itemid=130good luck Larry

I've downloaded a few of Garritan's libraries with no problems except for a dodgy internet connection on my end. The company is really good with support.
I think (but am not certain) if you have ordered the DVD version it will be sent to you in the post and not as a download.

Why no download? Maybe for registration purposes? Didn't have time to call PG earlier, maybe if I'm lucky it will be at my door tomorrow.........Yeah

I think you purchase a DVD or a download. When my JABB3 download stalled twice, I contacted support and they said if I couldn't get the download maybe I should get the DVD version instead.
Luckily it worked the third time. That's why I'm thinking if you purchased the DVD, you may not have a download as well but I could be wrong. You really should have both.
Maybe you should check out your account at Garritan and see if there is a download waiting for you as well.

I ordered through Pg, also ordered dvd, hope that is the problem and it is a registration issue. No download just a read me file.

Your best bet is to contact support, both PG and Garritan to check it out. I ordered mine direct from Garritan. I'm not sure how it works through PG. Maybe someone here has ordered through PG before and can shed some light on this.
The manual mentions a download version as well as a boxed DVD version. Maybe you'll have to wait for it to arrive in the post. Then you can install it and register it. That's probably all it is. It's either support or wait and see.

I have to admit none of my Garritan purchases where through PG so as suggested above contact PG - they are ALWAYS helpful

I suspect it's also possible that it's a passthrough, where PG is a reseller, and then your information gets passed through to Garritan. That might explain the delay. I think once you have a license number, you can register and download the product from the Garritan site.
I just ordered the Instant Orchestra soundset with my Christmas money, so I'm looking forward to playing with it this weekend. The audio clips on the Garritan website were awesome for Instant Orchestra. I'm sure there will be a learning curve, though.

Called PG, when ordering the discs there is no download, if I wanted that also you would have to buy another copy due to registration numbers. Problem solved, thanks for the replies.
