In Realband, you add the reverb AFTER you have recorded your vocal. You will need to either use a "track category" set up or select a reverb in the dx/vst slot on the vocal track. Your vocal records "dry" and then you have to select and set up a reverb effect in one of the vst/dx slots that pop up when you select the vst arrow at the front of the track.

I would suggest selecting a pre-set "male vocal" set up via "track category." That will load some effects that are pre-set up for different categories like vocals, drums, guitars etc. You can adjust them individually to balance out your FX.
