Hi all, I was a way for a few weeks and now the brain has turned to mush. Back in December I was able to make a couple of songs in BB and then open them into RB. I don't know what has changed but I'm sure having difficulty now. I have made another song (without an auto generated intro) that has real tracks and Midi. Saved it..no problem. Next I opened RB and proceeded to open the song. I get an error, BBOutput.txt reported an error: Error = 7 . If I click "ok" , it then proceeds to render the real drums track and that's all I get is drums. I'm assuming that this error message has something with this or else I am forgetting something. Whats the steps to bringing a BB song into Rb again?

HI , I'm new here and I love BIAB

Save the BiaB song as an .mgu file
Open the .mgu file in RB

I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

I have saved my song in both sgu and mgu. They both have the same result when I open them in RB.

It looks like I am unable to imprt any realtracks into RB. I can however import wav files. If I save my song in individual wav tracks, then I can bring them in

Well we figured out the problem. You must have the very first part marker "#1" highlighted blue in your Band in a box song in order for it to load properly in Real Band. Otherwise you get the "BBOutput.txt error: Error=7"
