Not sure about 1st install of 2010 and then 2012 upgrade (all megapack) when i did the installs and the window came up for where to put BB RB and RD i didn't type bb/real band or bb/real drums in the lines i left them all /bb . I assumed it would put all real band stuff in RB and all real drum in RD. Did it do this or will i have to re-install i got my biab2012 disc's today.i just don't have time to talk to support today .thanks jerry

Yep. I think you need to boot the programs and check it out but I believe that if you installed the update and didn't change anything it should all be on the c drive ready to go.

Hello,
The default is \bb for the Band-in-a-Box folder, RealTracks folder location, and RealDrums folder location. The default is \RealBand for the RealBand folder. If you change these defaults to different folders, then next time you install it will remember your new folders.
If you run the Band-in-a-Box installer again, you'll see what folders it is pointing to, and this is where you installed it last time.

They are all in the \bb folder and in the sub RB and RD . I have been using biab2012 and it has been fine i just wasn't sure if i was missing anything.I guess its just that there is alot of stuff in BB. Can i get a real Biab manual from PG one that i can hold and read when not on my laptop? i would pay to have it rather than getting an e-reader thanks jerry

You shouldn't need to reinstall using your discs - as long as you downloaded and installed everything in your order, you should end up with the same set of files. However if you decided to install the discs anyways, there wouldn't be any harm in doing that. We do have hard copy manuals available - contact us about this.
