John, it's my understanding that we have a BUNDLED version, not a free version... Typically bundled versions, if registered, allow upgrades. That's how most of us got Sonar, by upgrading a bundled version. However, it's a definition of terms, and IKM might not define it the same way. I went to the IKM site and entered the keyword UPGRADE and saw other messages from people who upgraded products from a bundled version. Also, on Ebay, a dealer posted this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-IK-Multimedi...=item4aac78596fabout half way down the page, he says that registered users of the full *or* bundled Vversions qualify for the upgrade I also left a message for sales to verify whether or not the version bundled with BIAB qualifies for the upgrade. I'll post their response when I get it.
