The fact that Kemmrich and I are each happy with the M40 and M50 trade testifies to that. Agree; the HD 2XX series was pretty bad. I don't think they were 280's but probably not far from it. Like I said, they are in a bag somewhere for 'emergency' headphone use, like watching a video at school, not for anything serious. I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome Make your sound your own!
