Hey Glen - as Rob says, it's your workflow that determines how you use these assets.

I always start in the BIAB chord sheet and try to complete as much of the song as possible in the BIAB chordsheet before moving to RB.
The BIAB chord sheet offers so much more arrangement detail possibilities at each bar - RB's chord sheet is pretty simple by comparison, IMHO. In BIAB you can insert pushes, shots, holds, fills, tempo changes etc. and have more control over correcting them, for example.

I long for the day when the RB chord sheet allows the same ease of detail insert possibilities as BIAB.
