Maybe. Look in the \BB\Drums folder. You will find .TXT files that control what the Real Drums play for each style. There are entries for fills, normal A section, post fill, normal B, endings etc. I don't recall anyone explaining what those entries do or how to change them, but you could certainly experiment.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
